01. What is the RULC and what is it based on?

The RULC is a macrocosmic theory for lottery numbers based on both facts, mathematical and philosophical theories. It is based on Human Brain Behaviour, rather than "Randomness Misconceptions" (see FAQ number 2)
It aims at finding the most "likely to be" unique lottery combinations that are the more likely to win.
Lottery numbers are theoretically drawn randomly. However It has been studied that people tend to pick up the same sequences of numbers, and althought there are millions of combinations being played each week, unique combinations people play can be grouped in terms of a few thousands.

Well, if this is the case, how comes there are never more than a handful of winners each week? Why is it that a combination being played by let's say 3000 people NEVER win the lottery in a week?
Many people have wondered and they are convinced that companies running the lottery are making sure that unique or least played combinations win, so that the top prize won't be shared through many winners and will remain high and very attractive.

The RULC is a FREE online tool that will help you THINK OUT OF THE BOX and find a more "likely" unique Lottery combination. Who knows, you might be the lucky one...

02. Wich rules does The RULC consider as "Randomness Misconception" when selecting lottery numbers?

The RULC follows the principle of pure randomness. However, it is a known and well studied fact that Human Beings cannot produce pure "random number" combinations (read more on RULC Theory here).
Lottery result combinations are a random sequence.
RULC discards and considers the following as superstition and misconceptions of the principle of randomness:
  • Likelyhood that the previous draws' numbers won't come out
Disagree: The chances of randomly picking up a number that has already come out the week before is the same as picking up any other number.
  • Numbers that haven't come out for a long while a more likely to come out
Disagree: Chances of a number being drawn DO NOT depend on time.
  • Excluding extreme combinations (such as 1-2-3-4-5-6 or 1-2-3-47-48-49)
Disagree: Any number has the same chance to be drawn, no matter if it is a consecutive number of the previous or not.
  • Playing multiples of 5 (such as 5-10-15-20-25-30)
Disagree: Any number has the same chance to be drawn, no matter if it is a multiple of 5 or not.
  • Not playing all numbers lower than 31 (as many people use dates for producing a combination)
Disagree: Any number has the same chance to be drawn, no matter whether it is lover equal or higher than 31.

03. Why do I have to insert a combination of numbers before getting a Lucky Combination?

Because the macrocosmic theory considers "human combinations". These are collected into a numeric database and the outcome is dependent on the combinations people input on here.

04. Why don't I get the same Lucky Combination when I input the same combination twice or more? Isn't the system "considering" the combination I input?

This is because there are many combinations possible. Also, other people's input will make the result of the combinations shift accordingly.

05. What do I gain from this site?

First of all this is just a theory. The real secret for winning a lottery is pure CHANCE
By taking part all the numerical results will help to see which numbers are really popular and will hopefully give you a chance to get that unique combination for yourself.
Our results will help to identify which numbers the "human brain" tends to choose. It is data that hardly any other site provides publicly. It is up to you whether you want to utilise such information to play in any lottery.

06. What are the results based on?

The lucky combination is based on factors such as:
  • A range of the least picked numbers
  • A range of the least generated numbers
  • A range of computer generated pure random numbers

07. What do we hope to achieve through participation?

Our aim is to see which numbers are more favourately chosen by the human brain and those which are less likely. By achieving this we can all then use it as a basis for chosing a likely-to-be unique combination of numbers. It would also be interesting to find out which are the most popular lucky and unlucky numbers in a configuration.
This process is very much different to other systems where numbers are chosen in relationship to how often they are drawn in a lottery result history.

08. What is a "unique" combination?

There are only so many possibilities in combining a selection of numbers from a table. Many people believe that having a unique combination of numbers will increase the chances of winning a lottery.
However it is doubtful that people actually choose a unique combination of numbers because of the human brain's tendency to operate within specific patterns, including numerical selection.
Our system aims towards producing a more "likely" unique combination for everyone involved and interested. Also giving you a fairer chance in considering and choosing numbers that will lead to your unique combination.
This can be shown and viewed in our independent statistical results.

09. What are the chances that RULC would work for me?

Anyone that will promise you a system that will make you win the lottery is a big liar! This is just a fun tool, nothing more than that. It has got its good points, but it is just Theory as many others. Noone can predict the future, bear that in mind :-)

10. Can I play any lottery on this site?

No you cannot. This site does not endorse playing lottery online. It is just a tool to try and get "out of the box" unique lottery combinations.

11. Are you affiliated to any Lottery or gaming site?

No, absolutely not. The aim of this site is statistical fun.

12. Where can I find the detailed Statistics?

Please check the Lottery Systems page. You fill find all the Statistics links, divided by lottery.

13. Where can I find a proof of concet of the calculations being made?

Please view the RULC Strategy page. This provides an commented example showing the formula and calculations applied to the data to get a Randomly Unique Lottery Combination.
